Woku Baltica UAB considers protection your personal data, i.e. personal data of our customers and other data subjects, to be of substantial importance. Thus, we have undertaken to respect and protects privacy of each data subject. This Privacy Policy provides essential information on processing of personal data by Woku Baltica UAB, storage of such data and the rights of data subjects.

  6.  “Consent’ of the Data Subject” means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
  7. Data Subject” means a natural person whose personal data is processed.

The controller confirms that the personal data processed for the afore-mentioned purpose are not provided. The controller certifies that the afore-mentioned data is collected directly from the Data Subject and is not collected from other sources.

5. Personal Data Storage Period

We store your personal data not longer than required by the purposes of processing or provided by the legislation if the legislation provides for a longer data storage period. Woku Baltica UAB has set the following personal data protection periods:

  • For the purposes of acceptance of orders/inquiries data is stored for 2 (two) years from the date of fulfilment of the order/inquiry.

We seek not to store obsolete or superfluous information and ensure that personal data and other information concerning customers were constantly updated and truthful.

6. Provision of Personal Data

Woku Baltica UAB provides your data:

  • with your consent, to the expressly defined recipients;
  • to institutions or organisations according to the requirements of the legislation;
  • to other third parties subject to your consent which may be obtained for the particular case.

III. Personal Data Security Measures used by Woku Baltica UAB

The activities of Woku Baltica UAB in the internet meets all requirements set for the respective activities by international legal acts, the European Union legal acts and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

When processing the personal data of the data subjects, Woku Baltica UAB follows the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and has implemented the respective organisational and technical measures ensuring security of personal data which help to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure and any other unlawful processing.

IV. Procedure for Exercise of the Rights of the Data Subjects

You are entitled:

  • to address Woku BalticaUAB with the request for provision of information on your personal data processed by Woku BalticaUAB(“right to know” and “right to access”);
  • to address Woku BalticaUAB with the request for rectification and erasure of your personal data where you determine that the personal data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate (“right for rectification and erasure”);
  • to address Woku BalticaUAB with the request for suspension of processing of your personal data where you determine that the personal data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate (“right of suspension”);
  • to address Woku BalticaUAB with the request to object to processing of your personal data (“right to object”);
  • to address Woku BalticaUAB with the request to restrict processing of your data if processing of personal data is unlawful (“right to restrict”);
  • to address Woku BalticaUAB with the request for erasure of your data where personal data was processed unlawfully or personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or otherwise processed (“right to be forgotten”);
  • to address Woku BalticaUAB with the request for provision of information on the personal data processed by Woku BalticaUAB and receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (“right to data portability”).

In the event of a failure to resolve the issue with Woku BalticaUAB and if you are concerned about actions/omission of action of Woku BalticaUAB which are possibly in breach of the requirements of this Privacy Policy or the legislation, you are entitled to address the Supervisory Authority which is responsible for supervision and control of the legal acts regulating protection of personal data.
